In order to take advantage of the special fare, attendees need to book their flight directly at their local THAI Airways office and mention the Convention Code TG1105016 and the name of the conference (1st Int'l Conference on International Relations and Development). Arrival Information:
Transportation from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Viengtai Hotel and other hotels in the area is organized by Guarant Service, a private transport company based in Bangkok. Email your arrival and departure details to guarantservice@yahoo.com, state your flight number, date and time at least 3 days before your arrival (Thailand local time). Visa on arrival (at Suvarnnabumi airport) and accompanying person should also be stated, if any.Conference receptionists with a blue-green ICIRD 2011 sign board in hand will be waiting for participants (who made advanced appointment) at Meeting Point near Gate 3 on 17-19 May 2011. After a warm welcome, they will lead you to take a seat, change money or buy cell phone card and wait for transportation to the hotel which will depart every beginning of each hour.
Fares are 390 Baht per person per trip (08:00 – 20:00) and 430 Baht per person per trip (20:00-08:00) for shared transportation. Private transportation (no need to wait for beginning of each hour) rate is 1,400 Baht per trip at any time you want. For departure, airport transportation will be provided with the same fares. Departure time from hotel are 04:00, 07:00, 10:00, 13:00, 16:00 and 19:00 on 20-22 May 2011. Departure private transportation (no need to wait for schedule time) is also 1,400 Baht per trip at any time you want.
